1st Line Oversight And Governance Team Works Closely With Portfolio Managers, Investment Mangers And Trading Teams For Core Platform.Teams’ Main Missions Are To

• Control and oversee the trading and portfolio managers activity.
  
  

Analyze risk and performance of the portfolios to ensure proper oversight of the investments

• Business Control
• Work on the optimization of the 1st line controls (on portfolio managers and traders activity) thanks to the large amount of data available
• Further automate reports on controls’ results to provide a dynamic and consolidated view to management on the control performed on their activity
• Perform part of 1st line controls involving deep dive on data analysis for some complex alerts
• Initiate ad hoc analysis to detect signals of processes inefficiencies based on a risk based approach
• Investment Oversight
• Maintain and develop tools and processes through Python / SQL / VBA / Tableau thanks to data collection, analysis and data reporting on data relative to market, risk, performance and ESG to build a 360 view of Core portfolios
• Be the administrator and maintain the databases which are needed to produce analytics to follow up and analyze investment strategies
• Proactively contribute to the Core platform governance (e.g.: Investment Oversight Forum) through the deployment of performance indicators and the follow up of the organization changes
• Contribute to AXA IM strategy in terms of responsible investment, notably via the creation of ESG metrics (e.g.: definition and follow up of relevant criteria in order to obtain and maintain ISR labels)
• Transversal activities
• With other relevant stakeholders, contribute to the different transformation initiatives
• Be the point of contact for the team with AXA IM data science community
