Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Python Developer with a strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Generative AI. The ideal candidate should have at least 7 years of professional experience, with hands-on expertise in building scalable web applications using Django and Flask, and a proven track record of working with advanced AI models and NLP frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable applications using Python, Django, and Flask
• Lead development of NLP pipelines and integration of Generative AI models (LLMs, Transformers, etc.)
• Build and fine-tune custom models using libraries such as Hugging Face Transformers, spaCy, NLTK, OpenAI APIs, etc.
• Collaborate with data scientists and ML engineers to deploy AI/ML solutions into production
• Optimize application performance and ensure robust API design
• Participate in architectural discussions and provide mentorship to junior developers
• Maintain high code quality through code reviews, testing, and documentation

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in Python development
• Strong experience with Django and Flask frameworks
• Solid hands-on experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Generative AI models
• Experience with Hugging Face Transformers, OpenAI GPT models, or other LLMs
• Familiarity with vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone) and prompt engineering
• Proficiency in RESTful API development and integration
• Experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with LangChain, RAG pipelines, or Retrieval-Augmented Generation
• Exposure to MLOps tools (e.g., MLflow, DVC, FastAPI for model serving)
• Knowledge of front-end technologies (React, Vue) is a plus
