The successful Data Scientist at Fiserv drives our AI Ops initiatives by leveraging advanced analytics, machine learning, and data driven insights. They enhance operational efficiency, improve decision-making, and deploy AI solutions across the organization. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, they convert business needs into innovative, data-driven solutions that sustain Fiserv's excellence. What you will do: * Develop and implement machine learning models and algorithms to optimize AI operations. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and create data-driven solutions. * Analyze large datasets to extract actionable insights and support strategic decision-making. * Design and conduct experiments to validate model performance and enhance operational processes. * Monitor and maintain AI models in production for effective and efficient operation. * Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders with clear visualizations and presentations What you will need to have: * 7+ years of experience in data science, with a focus on AI and machine learning applications. * 7+ years of proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Scala, including data manipulation libraries like Pandas and NumPy. * 7+ years of experience using machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn. * 7+ years of experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure and big data technologies such as Hadoop and Spark. * Master's or Ph.D. in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field, and/or equivalent military experience.
