Role: Data Scientist

Location: Mumbai (on-site)

Type: Full-time

Requirements:

• 7-12 yrs in data science, analytics or BI consulting with substantial experience in modeling
• Must-have hands-on experience in:
• Machine Learning: classical ML algorithms and their use in solving Business problems 
• NLP: text processing, sentiment analysis , topic modeling
• Deep Learning: Work on setting up and tuning deep neural networks
• LLMs: Experience with working with LLMs, structured response outputs, agentic systems
• Python/R (pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn) & SQL fluency
• Data-visualization & storytelling skills
• Proven ability to frame complex business problems as data-science/ML solutions
• Strong data-cleansing, QC and algorithm-validation skills
• Excellent written & verbal English; self-starter attitude in a fast-paced startup

• What You’ll Do
• Analyze client datasets and design ML/NLP pipelines to solve business problems
• Build, validate and deploy analytics products within our ecosystem
• Own data QC, algorithm checks and lead User Acceptance Testing
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering & Client Solutions to convert insights into dashboards and playbooks
• Mentor junior analysts via workshops on ML, data-storytelling and emerging AI trends
