You will report to our Data Scientist Manager and play a central role in shaping data-driven strategies at one of the fastest-growing companies in the distribution industry. All correspondence will come directly from Imperial Dade and not a personal email address.* Responsibilities You will: * Analyze structured and unstructured datasets to identify patterns, trends, and insights. * Build, validate, and deploy machine learning models to solve real-world business problems. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders to define data needs and translate insights into actionable strategies * Conduct A/B testing and experimental analysis to optimize product features and business processes. * Visualize data effectively and present results in clear, compelling formats. * Ensure data integrity, perform data cleaning, and improve data quality pipelines as needed. Qualifications You have: * Master or PhD in data science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field. * 2-4 years of experience working in a data science or advanced analytics role. * Proficiency in Python or R, with hands-on experience using libraries like pandas, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or similar. * Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets. * Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistical modeling, and experimental design. * Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, matplotlib, seaborn). * Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical results to non-technical audiences. * Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) * Experience working with big data frameworks (Spark, Hadoop, Databricks) We offer a dynamic environment for our more than 7,500 employees to work, learn, and grow professionally.
