Planview is looking for a passionate Data Scientist to join our team in Bangalore. You will work

closely with other data scientists, data engineers and individual product teams to specify, validate,

prototype, scale, and deploy features with a consistent customer experience across the Planview

product suite.

What You'll Do

  • Ability to work in a fast paced start up mindset. Should be able to manage all aspects of AI/ML activities
  • Collaborate with product teams to understand customer and professional services use cases that can benefit from data science-driven insights
  • Assess applications’ current and future data maturity and suitability for AI/ML methodologies
  • Work on various aspects of the AI/ML ecosystem - model building, ML pipelines, logging & versioning, documentation, scaling, deployment, monitoring and maintenance etc.
  • Develop methods for efficient transfer and processing of structured and unstructured data from product data stores
  • Innovate data pipelines for analysis, while refining, automating, and scaling as needed for the use-case at hand
  • Work closely with MLOps Engineers to come up with scalable system and model architectures for enabling real-time ML/AI services
  • Assess the ability of these pipelines to generate valuable customer insights, and work with UI/UX engineers to automatically surface these insights within existing products

What You'll Bring

  • Masters or equivalent experience in Informatics, CS, Data Science or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience as a data scientist, data analyst, or data engineer
  • Strong Python and SQL coding skills
  • Experience with NLP models, regression, statistics, probabilistic inference and simulation
  • Experience with AWS Data and ML Technologies (AWS Sagemaker, Data Pipeline, Glue, Athena, Redshift etc)

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience working on datasets involving project management, software development, and resource planning.
  • Demonstrated experience building AI/ML data pipelines that efficiently scale for cloud application usage.
  • Experience playing the role of full-stack data scientist and taking AI/ML solutions to production.
  • Familiarity with database queries and strong data analysis and wrangling skills (SQL).
  • Experience with common libraries and frameworks in data science (Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.).
  • Experience with ML and GenAI platform tools (AWS SageMaker, Bedrock, or equivalent).
  • Ability to communicate ideas drawn from complex data with clarity and insight.
  • Skilled at working as part of a global, diverse workforce of high-performing individuals.
  • AWS Certification is a plus
