What you’ll be doing

You’ll build and deploy scalable data solutions to complex business problems. That means:

• Designing, modifying, and applying ML models on large-scale data (Hadoop, Spark)
• Communicating insights clearly to both tech and non-tech audiences
• Sharing best practices internally and within the wider Data Science community

What we’re looking for

• Solid experience with machine learning and data mining
• Proficiency in Python (and related ML/data libraries)
• Strong math/stats background
• Experience in areas like predictive modelling, deep learning, time-series, or operations research
• A curious, analytical mindset and the ability to work independently
