Summary of Responsibilities includes: * Research and devise innovative machine learning and statistical models for analyzing student/employee data. * Responsible for all stages of data science and statistical modeling projects. * Collaborate with administrators, faculty, and staff on analyzing and reporting institutional data. * Complete external surveys for the university (IPEDS, U.S. News, College Board, etc.). * Provide data extract files and ad hoc reports in response to internal and external inquiries. * Develop Power BI dashboards such as enrollment, admission, degrees, student surveys, etc. * Present the analysis and results to a varied audience, explaining the technical and domain-specific elements. * Research new data science developments and how they apply to institutional research. * Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
