We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Entry-Level Machine Learning Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in basic machine learning concepts, coupled with strong programming skills and a passion for applying machine learning to real-world problems. They should be application-oriented, curious, willing to learn and grow and help Indium to solve one of its most critical use cases.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 2 to 4 years of experience as a Data Analyst, Data Scientist, or ML Engineer.
• Strong expertise in Python programming.
• Basic knowledge of SQL and experience working with relational databases.
• Should be comfortable using queries to extract data, manipulate, and pre-process for model development.
• Prior experience in traditional ML concepts such as regression, classification, and trees.
• A basic understanding of CV or NLP is a plus.
• Curious about the AI landscape, should have an organic interest in this field, and should follow the latest advancements.
• Application-driven mindset with a focus on solving real-world problems should appreciate the difference between Kaggle competitions and datasets with what it takes to use AI/ML in the real world.
