Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist in the design and implementation of SAP Group Reporting solutions tailored to client needs.
• Support client workshops to gather requirements and provide insights on SAP Group Reporting capabilities.
• Collaborate with clients to develop financial reporting strategies and solutions.
• Work with multicultural, multilingual, and multi-geo project teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of SAP Group Reporting projects.
• Contribute to large-scale ERP transformation and financial data consolidation projects.
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior team members.
• Participate in business development activities to identify new opportunities and expand client relationships.
  
  

Requirements and Qualifications:

• 3-10 years of experience in SAP Group Reporting and/or financial analytics, with a strong track record of delivering successful projects.
• Proficiency in SAP Group Reporting and financial data modeling.
• Experience in large ERP transformation or financial data consolidation projects.
• Familiarity with working with or alongside Hitachi, Fujitsu, or other similar Japanese SI vendors on large-scale ERP deployment projects.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and teams effectively.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Bilingual proficiency in Japanese (N2 or above) and English, with native-level proficiency in one and fluent-level proficiency in the other. Japanese natives with conversational English welcome.
  
  

Educational Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Master's degree is a bonus.
