Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

• 5+ years’ experience as a data analyst, in the telecom industry working with OSS/BSS systems.

• Deep understanding of telecommunications business processes and systems

• Ability to access, clean, transform and enrich complex data from multiple sources.

• Strong SQL skills and experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.)

• Statistical analysis skills and experience with Tableau and Power BI tools

• Experience with Cloud technologies (AWS) and Databricks

• Critical thinking abilities to analyze information, define problems, identify key insights and their business implication.

• Excellent communication skills to explain technical analyses clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Roles & Responsibilities

In this role you will:

• Partner with product, marketing, and operations teams to identify, define and prioritize business questions that can be solved with data.

• Query databases and systems (CRM, BPM, billing, network, etc.) to extract relevant data.

• Clean, validate and transform data to prepare it for analysis.

• Perform statistical analysis and modeling to uncover trends, variations, correlations, and insights.

• Visualize data and findings to explain insights and recommend actions.

• Define and track key metrics to guide business strategy and process optimization.

• Train and mentor more junior analysts on the team

Bonus Points:

• Experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, Databricks).

Experience developing and implementing data pipelines
