Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Data & Reporting Analyst to join our Property Analytics team. This role is responsible for collecting, processing, and distributing data and reports that support decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate is proficient in Excel, works well independently, and looks for opportunities to support the team during downtime.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect and organize data from internal and external sources
• Generate recurring and ad-hoc reports with accuracy and timeliness
• Distribute reports to stakeholders and respond to follow-up questions as needed
• Maintain clean and consistent data practices across reporting processes
• Identify inefficiencies and recommend ways to streamline data/reporting tasks
• Provide general support to the Property Analytics team when needed
  
  

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (formulas, formatting, basic data functions)
• Familiarity with Microsoft Access or willingness to learn
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
• Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take initiative
