INTO is looking for a Data & Reporting Analyst to join our Bangalore team. In this role, you will work with stakeholders to gather business intelligence requirements, develop and maintain Power BI reports, and contribute to a new Microsoft Fabric implementation. You will also extract, manipulate, and analyze complex data sets, presenting insights in a clear and meaningful way. Experience with Machine Learning tools for advanced analysis and predictive modeling would be a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage report requests and issues in our ticketing system according to expected SLAs
  • Work with various stakeholders to translate strategic goals and business requirements into specific technical report requirements and data visualizations
  • Develop, enhance and maintain various reports in both Power BI and Fabric
  • Ensure data integrity is maintained according to business and operational requirements
  • Formulate mathematical and statistical models to identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex datasets
  • Manage multiple projects and initiatives within necessary timeframes
  • Serve as the point of contact for US customers experiencing data access issues, working with the DBA team to resolve these as quickly as possible
  • Work effectively with stakeholders across multiple global time zones


Requirements:


  • M S degree or equivalent in Computer Science (or related field)
  • Experience in MS Power BI Desktop, including writing complex DAX functions and calculated measures
  • Experience administering reports in MS Power BI Service, utilizing Apps and Workspaces, managing subscriptions and refreshes, and administering user access
  • Experience developing efficient T-SQL queries, stored procedures, indexes, views, and functions using SQL Server Management Studio, Reporting Services, and Report Manager
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder interactions
  • Technical knowledge of data models, entity relationship diagrams, linked servers, and database design & development
  • Ability to analyze large data sets and derive insights
  • Problem-solving skills to define and implement data-driven solutions
  • Experience with ADF pipelines
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM
  • Experience using Machine Learning tools for predictive models
