The Data & Quality Manager is an integral part of the Early Care and Education Management Team. Under the supervision of the Ealy Care and Education Director, and in accordance with related Head Start Performance Standards and other regulatory agencies, he/she is responsible for the collection and analysis of program data, ongoing program monitoring to ensure efficient operation and compliance with the Head Start Performance Standards.
