Summary

  1. Gathering data from primary or secondary data sources to identify and resolve inconsistencies, for cleanup of historical and future records.

a. Act as the key SPOC on assigned projects and engage with stakeholders across the organization to identify data quality needs and requirements.

b. Conduct data quality analysis and discovery efforts, resolve data integrity and data quality issues for major products and initiatives.

c. Filter data by reviewing reports and performance indicators to identify and correct problems

d. Performing analysis to assess the quality and meaning of data

  1. Customer Proposal Initial Review, Product Management Process Compliance, Monitoring and Governance

a. Ensure proper tasks and approvals are sorted and routed to all Product Manager during Proposal Review / MemoApp / LOA Approvals, in order to hit SLA/TAT

b. Conduct Initial Screening and Review of ICT Calculator and Customer Proposals

c. Ensure timely uploading to Quest any product-related announcement or update to all ICT products

d. Ensures compliance and regular updates required from ICT Portfolio Management

KPI’s:

Timeliness and completeness of data records

Ensures processes are adhered to reviewing ICT calculators and customer proposals are done. Ensures timely announcements of product updates and compliance to required ICT Portfolio Management deliverables



  • Data Analysis & Management Skills:

-Understanding of data analysis techniques and methodologies.

  • Experience with data quality analysis, including identifying and resolving inconsistencies.
  • Ability to perform data profiling and assess data quality.
  • Proficiency in using data analysis tools and software (Looker, Excel).
  • Data Management Skills
  • Product Knowledge: Familiarity with the company's products and services, particularly those related to ICT.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
