We’re hiring a Project Manager skilled in data management and project delivery. Responsibilities: optimize data processes (collection, processing, storage, solution design); monitor data quality, resolve anomalies; lead project planning, execution, and closure; coordinate business teams, tech units, and partners, reporting progress.

Responsibilities

1. Data management: managing and optimizing the data process, including data collection, processing, storage, and completing data solution design;

2. Data monitoring: Monitor data quality, identify and resolve data anomalies in a timely manner, and maintain normal delivery of business data;

3. Project implementation: Responsible for project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure to ensure the project is completed with quality and quantity guaranteed;

4. Project coordination: Coordinate cooperation and communication among all parties involved in the project (including business departments, technical teams, partners, etc.), provide project reports, report project progress and results.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree or above, proficient in SQL Excel ， Having 2 years or more of experience in the PM position;

2. High data sensitivity, rigorous and meticulous logical thinking and abstract ability, passionate about data, strong logical thinking and problem-solving ability, and strong self motivation;

3. Having project management experience, familiar with project management methodology and tools;

4. Interest, enthusiasm, and algorithmic foundation in the retail/e-commerce industry are all additional items;

5. Having good English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills, CET-6 or above, and being able to communicate fluently in English is an added bonus.
