We are seeking a Process Executive for our CHD team with 0 to 1 years of experience. The ideal candidate should possess strong English speaking skills and have domain experience in Online ISV and Hi-Tech industries. This hybrid role involves day shifts and does not require travel.
Responsibilities
Assist in managing and executing daily operational tasks to ensure smooth workflow.
Provide support in handling customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Collaborate with team members to improve process efficiency and effectiveness.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
