As part of Global Markets and Technologies (GM&T), the Maritime activity connects a wide range of global markets to essential molecules across borders and oceans. Air Liquide Maritime is organized along four business units, namely Offshore Energies, Cryogenic Supply, Global Rare Gases and Global Helium, and is also supporting OCEOS, a joint Venture to offer CO2 shipping and barging services for CCS (Carbon Capture and Storage) projects across Europe.

Enhance Data Referential Efficiency:

• Assess MCS data referential and build associated processes to ensure referential consistency.
• Identify the needs in organizing, cleaning, and maintaining data assets.
• Identify and solve data inconsistencies directly impacting the reliability and efficiency of data usage.
  
• Assess data in use for operations and KPIs reporting, and collect user needs, develop reports and visualizations to communicate data insights and provide clear understanding of MCS operations and activity defining current core data model for Supply Chain, Operations and Sales teams
• Identify areas for process improvement and automation.
• Automate KPI calculations and reporting
  
  

Strengthening Data Processes:

• Map and document data workflows.
• Deploy data quality checks and controls.
• Define and deploy data governance policies and procedures.
• Contribute to the design and implementation of data models that ensure data integrity.
  
  
  

Data Capitalization for value creation:

• Contribute to the MCS Data Roadmap defining the future data goals and initiatives to capitalize on data for business value
• Contribute to map out the steps and timelines for data roadmap implementation.
• Help enhance user proficiency in data management, identifying training needs for data users and data owners and support / contribute to the trainings.

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field
• Strong analytical skills
• Proficiency in Power BI.
