Job Title: Data Operator
Job Description
This individual will be using Microsoft products such as Outlook and Excel daily. They will be answering a few calls as they come in, but the phone system is easy to learn. This is a 2nd shift from 3 PM to 11 PM. They will work with monitors in an office-based area. They will be fielding incoming calls and directing them to the right departments (police, ER, etc.) or internal employees. They will be adding service tickets. The central station is the middle location for incoming calls.
Responsibilities
- Use Microsoft Outlook and Excel daily.
- Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate departments or internal employees.
- Add service tickets.
- Monitor incoming security signals and follow SOPs.
- Complete clerical tasks such as data entry and order entry.

Work Environment
Casual work environment for the 2nd shift from 3 PM to 11 PM. The employee can dress casually (jeans and a shirt). The position includes a four-day work week once a month
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $18.00/hr.
