Key Responsibilities:

• Input and maintain accurate customer, sales, and inventory data in company databases and CRM systems.
  

• Generate and analyse sales reports for internal use.
  

• Ensure data consistency and perform regular audits to detect and correct errors.
  

• Organize digital records and documentation related to sales transactions.
  

• Support the integration of data across departments to streamline operations.
  

• Assist the sales team with lead generation, follow-ups, and customer relationship management.
  

• Respond to inquiries from clients via phone, email, or chat.
  

• Prepare quotes, invoices, and sales documentation.
  

• Coordinate with logistics and support teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.
  

• Upsell or cross-sell products and services when appropriate.
