Exciting opportunity to join a high-impact data team supporting a new client engagement in the Cayman Islands! We're looking for a Data Operations Manager/Coordinator who thrives in data-driven environments and knows how to bridge the gap between technical teams and business users.

🔍 What You’ll Do:

• Oversee daily data operations (ingestion, validation, transformation, delivery)
• Monitor and troubleshoot automated data pipelines
• Collaborate with engineering, analytics, and business stakeholders to ensure data accuracy
• Maintain SOPs, data flow documentation, and metadata
• Drive data quality audits and resolve discrepancies
• Prioritize incoming data requests and support ongoing integration projects
• Ensure compliance with data governance and privacy standards

🧠 What You Bring:

• Bachelor's in data science, Information Systems, or a related field
• 2+ years in data operations or coordination roles
• Hands-on experience with cloud data platforms (Snowflake, AWS, GCP)
• Familiarity with SQL, scripting (Python/Bash), Excel, Tableau, Power BI
• Experience using data pipeline tools (e.g., Airflow, Fivetran)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proven attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy
