* • Provide support for data file and processing errors and contribute to resolution documentation and continuous improvement efforts for preventing future errors. Will need to partner with multiple internal/external teams in providing support and communicate updates for issue resolution.
* o Respond to and resolve data transfer and integration incidents
* o Analyze issues to detect recurring problems.
* o Assess severity of issues
* o Partner with internal teams to resolve issues
* o Document issue resolution and any mitigation plans/efforts for preventing the issue from reoccurring in the future 25%
* • Build, construct, configure, and implement new managed file transfer integrations using scalable and reusable integration patterns.
* o Identify end-user requirements
* o Maintain all managed file transfer processes to standard levels and continuous improvement efficiencies. 25%
* • High levels of technical communication with trading partners to work through the security integration requirements that Surest has. 15%
* • Manage time and changing priorities with continuous communication to the team and trading partners with updates to the team Kanban process and board. 10%
* • Contribute to monitoring 1000's of managed file transfer jobs to ensure their timely delivery and receipt. 10%
* • Reflect and contribute to retrospective sessions that can make Surest Data Operations better (quality, lead time, efficiency, security, scalability, etc.)

Salary Range: $90,000-$100,000 a year
