- Provide support for data file and processing errors and contribute to resolution documentation and continuous improvement efforts for preventing future errors. Will need to partner with multiple internal/external teams in providing support and communicate updates for issue resolution.

- High levels of technical communication with trading partners to work through the security integration requirements that Surest has.15%
- Manage time and changing priorities with continuous communication to the team and trading partners with updates to the team Kanban process and board.10%
- Contribute to monitoring 1000’s of managed file transfer jobs to ensure their timely delivery and receipt. 10%
- Reflect and contribute to retrospective sessions that can make Surest Data Operations better (quality, lead time, efficiency, security, scalability, etc.)

Salary Range: $90,000-$100,000 a year
