Conduct platform configuration based on the client requirements
Monitor, review and validate data before generating and delivery the report.
Complete all the associated tasks (including responding to client inquiries related to platform or delivery) based on the agreed SLA and project timeline.
Provide product and platform training to both internal and client users, and participate in the development of Product/Platform training content
Collect feedback for processes and platform improvement.
Produce product and user behavior statistics, and ad-hoc requests.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree
Be familiar with Microsoft Office software (including Excel and PPT)
Good English writing skills
Detail oriented, with strong sensitivity to data and ability to interpret data
Excellent communication skills and good team spirit
