Role Overview:

A Celonis Consultant is responsible for implementing and optimizing Celonis' process mining technology for clients. They work closely with clients to understand their business processes, identify inefficiencies, and provide actionable insights to improve performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process Analysis: Analyze client business processes using Celonis' process mining software to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
• Implementation: Configure and implement Celonis solutions tailored to client needs.
• Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and provide expert guidance on process optimization.
• Data Integration: Integrate client data with Celonis software, ensuring accurate and comprehensive analysis.
• Training & Support: Provide training and support to clients on using Celonis tools effectively.
• Reporting: Develop and deliver detailed reports and presentations on findings and recommendations.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of process mining, data analysis, and business intelligence tools.
• Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and stakeholders.
• Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results within deadlines.
• Experience: Previous experience in consulting, process improvement, or a related field is preferred.
• Years of Experience: 7-9 years of experience.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
