We are seeking an experienced Data Management Consultants to support a major banking project. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in data architecture, data modeling, and data management, specifically within the core banking, risk, compliance, and financial reporting domains. This is a critical role focused on translating complex business requirements into efficient, compliant, and scalable data solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders and technology teams to gather data requirements specific to banking products, transactions, customers, reporting, and analytics.
• Design and maintain logical and physical data models that reflect core banking operations, risk management, compliance, financial reporting, and analytics needs.
• Translate complex business use cases into normalized and de-normalized data structures optimized for operational and analytical workloads.
• Implement and evolve data marts, data warehouses, and integration layers aligned with banking architecture standards.
• Collaborate with development teams on physical data model deployment and performance optimization for large financial datasets.
• Ensure adherence to data governance, data quality, and metadata management standards.
• Provide detailed data architecture documentation, data dictionaries, and lineage diagrams to support regulatory, audit, and business requirements.
• Support initiatives related to data lineage, metadata management, and data quality to enhance transparency and trust in data usage.
