Job Summary:

We're looking for an experienced Data Lead with a strong background in data integration, data architecture, and data engineering. The ideal candidate will have 1experience in designing and implementing data integration solutions using various technologies such as SSIS, Python, and AWS Glue.

1. Experience: experience in data integration, data architecture, and data engineering.

2. Technical Skills: Strong technical skills in data integration technologies such as SSIS, Python, and AWS Glue.

3. Leadership: Proven leadership skills, with experience in leading teams of data engineers and data analysts.

4. Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

5. Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data integration issues and develop creative solutions.

Nice to Have:

1. Cloud Data Platforms: Experience with cloud data platforms such as AWS Redshift, Google BigQuery, or Azure Synapse Analytics.

2. Data Science: Knowledge of data science concepts and experience with data science tools such as R, Julia, or TensorFlow.

3. DevOps: Experience with DevOps practices such as continuous integration, continuous deployment, and continuous monitoring.

4. Agile Methodologies: Experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
