We are looking for a skilled Data Integrity Manager to join our Merchandising team. The right candidate will perform various functions to improve and provide valuable information to their stakeholders. Responsibilities Conduct regular audits and assessments of data quality, identifying discrepancies, errors, and inconsistencies across the organization. Organize, implement, and enforce correct data collection policies and methods. Manage the hosting and execution of regular, TPR and promotional corporate retail prices. Ensure proper recordkeeping for new items, cost change and promotional event management. Formulate/develop special reports upon request. Manage a team of analysts/coordinators to include staffing, training, work quality, performance coaching and evaluation. Participate in the advertisement planning sessions. Responsible for implementing system upgrades including Vendor Portal and NCR HQ. Facilitate correct and timely preparation of department budgets and forecasts. Perform other pricing related duties as assigned. Communicate effectively across cross-functional teams to address data integrity concerns and continuous improvement. Must possess good numerical and analytical skills. Must have good communication and interpersonal skills. Must always demonstrate good management and leadership traits. Must be self-motivated, goal-oriented, and be able to display excellent customer service skills. Experience with NCR Retalix, Category Analyzer, BRData or other price capture system preferred. Must be able to accomplish assignments/tasks with little or no supervision. Experience in a retail or grocery industry preferred. Ability to speak both English and Spanish, preferred. Ability to effectively lead a collaborative process with business stakeholders. 5 - 7 years of management experience. Bachelors degree in business administration, information management, or related field. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication. Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds.
