Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Data Integration Lead to drive and manage our big data initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in Microsoft Fabric and a proven track record with ETL solutions. You will play a key role in building, optimizing, and maintaining scalable data pipelines and integration solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of scalable data integration and ETL processes using Microsoft Fabric or equivalent Azure-based technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements and implement robust data pipelines.
• Build and manage data solutions using Microsoft Fabric or Azure Synapse Spark / Azure Data Factory.
• Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and loading.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and reliability across systems.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior data engineers.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in data engineering, data integration, or ETL development.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric for building and managing data solutions (preferred).
• Strong experience with Azure Data Factory (ADF) and/or Azure Synapse Spark.
• Proficiency in ETL tools, data modeling, and data pipeline development.
• Advanced SQL skills for complex data manipulation and analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
