Job Description
- Primary duty will be to accept data from multiple sources, both internal and external, and independently analyze the data to understand the causes and effects of each variable
- Make recommendations on how to maximize use of the services and vendors represented by the data
- Analyze data for annual customer program reviews and create communication tools for use in presenting the results to internal and external customers - will include in-person presentation at external customer meetings with audiences ranging from operational to senior executive
- Manage intake of data from internal and external sources
- Understand the business requirements of the use of the data
- Provide analysis of the data
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Data Analytics or similar discipline
- Healthcare, Insurance, or Worker's Compensation industry experience highly preferred
- 2 years of experience with data analytics
- Customer presentation experience required
- Strong Excel skills
- Experience with BI tools such as Power BI
- Self-directed, highly organized and able to independently coordinate multiple tasks
- Strong communication skills to be able to influence others with the story of what you’re seeing in the data

Benefits eligibility may differ depending on full-time or part-time status. Compensation depends on the applicable US geographic market. The expected base pay for this position ranges from $60,000 - $85,000 annually, and will be based on a number of additional factors including skills, experience, and education.
