We are looking for a Data Governance Manager, based in our Levallois HQ, to lead the data governance program for Doctolib. This role is critical in ensuring the integrity, quality and security of our data assets, and making sure that data assets can fuel Doctolib’s transformative AI products. As such, data governance is key to reach our business goals and support our ambition to grow and innovate faster.
What You’ll Do
Define and drive Doctolib's data governance strategy and roadmap in alignment with the business objectives
Manage, engage and lead a small team of data governance specialists
Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders
Develop and rollout data governance policies, standards and processes
Work with the engineering teams to embed policies within the platform
Establish and implement controls and success KPIs to track the program
Implement a federated data governance model with Doctolib’s data stewards
Work closely with legal and security teams on compliance with regulations and data product managers to implement data governance policies
Who You Are

You could be our next teammate if you:
Have 3 years or more of experience leading a data governance program and 10 years or more in tech or data related positions
Have a masters degree (Bac+5) in data, computer science or related domain
Have experience in highly regulated industries, ideally healthcare
Have already deployed a federated governance in a data mesh oriented environment
Can effectively work with both top management and operational teams
Can work with a varied set of stakeholders, from sales to technology
Can write and read code when needed
Have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Have proven leadership and management skills
