Job Summary:
We are hiring a dedicated and detail-oriented Remote Data Entry Operator / Typist to support our operations by efficiently managing digital information. This is a work-from-home opportunity ideal for individuals with strong typing skills, accuracy, and self-motivation. You will play a key role in maintaining clean and organized records while adhering to data privacy standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Enter and update data accurately in internal systems and spreadsheets
Review data for errors, inconsistencies, and completeness
Perform routine data backups and ensure data security
Follow standard procedures for documentation and data management
Communicate with team members via email or collaboration tools
Meet daily/weekly data entry targets and deadlines
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent (Graduate preferred)
Prior experience in data entry, administration, or typing work preferred
Typing speed of at least 35–40 words per minute with high accuracy
Good working knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
Reliable internet connection
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Basic English communication skills (written and verbal)
Salary:
Entry-Level: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month
Mid-Level (1–3 years experience): ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Freelance/Part-time: ₹200 – ₹500 per hour or project-based
