    • It is necessary to have the ability to obtain crucial information, communicate effectively with clients, and update records.
  • Project management skills:
    • The Data Entry operators will be better able to manage several projects at once with the use of project management skills.
    • It may be necessary for a data entry clerk to switch projects quickly, thus maintaining accuracy is crucial.


Responsibilities:

  • Data entry operator’s job is gathering, entering, and maintaining records.
  • This record proves to be helpful for a business.
  • Type quickly and format the necessary material and data in an understandable way and also be responsible for reviewing financial data and updating monetary data.
  • In order to avoid any errors, they must also confirm the accuracy of the data and ensure its reliability.
  • Preparing the documents for entry and transcribing them into computer files.
  • Also creating BI Dashboard.
    • Create a Power BI dashboard to receive from +400 sales Sales Representatives across Atlanta South and NYC Metro defects pictures and reason codes.
    • Capture data from images to translate to characters in Power BI database. be received from representatives.

  • Reverse Engineer based UPC, Product Code, or BDC (Instructions will be given).
  • Review Defective image and audit reason code seems correct based on visual guide to be provided.
  • Submit weekly roll up via Power BI and probably email weekly tracker- integrate into Master Dashboard
