Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Entry Operator to join our team and support our event production process. The ideal candidate for this role must be organized, detail-oriented, and possess strong data entry skills. As a Data Entry Operator, you will be responsible for accurately inputting data from various sources into our databases and systems. This role requires a high level of precision and efficiency to ensure the successful execution of our events.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately input data from various sources into our databases and systems, including attendee information, vendor details, and event logistics
• Scan and index documents such as contracts, invoices, and other event-related materials
• Verify and correct data to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Check for duplicate entries and resolve any discrepancies
• Prepare and sort documents for data entry
• Maintain confidentiality and security of all data
• Collaborate with other departments to verify data and resolve any discrepancies
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure timely and accurate data input
• Identify and suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy of data entry tasks
  
  

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in data entry or related field is a plus
• Proven experience as a data entry operator or similar role
• Proficient in MS Office and data programs such as Excel, Word, and Google Sheets
• Demonstrated experience with data entry and accuracy
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Flexibility to work occasional evening and weekend hours, as needed
