The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a meticulous eye for detail, as you will be responsible for entering and managing customer information into our database systems
Key Responsibilities
Enter customer information accurately into the database
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone and email
Maintain and update customer records as necessary
Assist in resolving customer issues and complaints in a friendly manner
Perform quality checks on entered data to ensure accuracy
Generate reports on customer interactions and data trends
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
Proven experience in data entry or customer service
Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
