Summary
We are looking for an experienced Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in office administration, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. The Administrator will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Company, including scheduling meetings, managing documents, and ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
Responsibilities: Quick books input, real estate transactions, and collecting rent.
Manage office operations and procedures.
Ensure accuracy and efficiency of operations.
Maintain office records and filing systems.
Provide administrative support to staff members.
Manage and coordinate projects and programs.
Develop and implement policies and procedures for the office.
Organize meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements.
Job Types: Part-time, Full-time
Pay: From $16.00 per hour
