• Respond to inquiries regarding data issues and discrepancies.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in data management is a plus.
• Proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar position.
• Excellent typing skills with a high degree of accuracy.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and data management software.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors quickly.
