To get familiar with Industrial Engineering and Supply Chain business process, drive digitalization / systematize / automation in purpose of efficiency / quality continuous level up, auto solution include raw data collecting / maintaining / screening, process simulation, scenario proposing, result visualization, exception data report, data analysis and drilldown. 2) Program / dashboard development to simplify and reduce manual touch point in daily work. 3) Cover part of Industrial Engineering function, such as: Headcount management, Space management, Capacity Planning. Knowledge in DOE, SPC, DMAIC, 5 Why…related engineering/QC tools Qualifications: 1) Master’s degree in computer science, statistics, mathematics, IE, or a related field. 2) Independent data system project management. 3) Good at development in Spotfire, Tableau, Power BI or similar tools 4) Good at one of the data processing languages (Python preferred) 5) Knowledge of SQL programming 6) 5+ year working experience in data science field: data system design/ development/ integration to improve business efficiency and quality. 7) Rich experience of independent data system project management. 8) 4IR data analytic / AI / machine learning / cloud computing knowledge or experience is preferred. 9) Assembly and Test semiconductor knowledge or working experience is preferred. 10) Industrial Engineering knowledge or working experience is preferred. 11) Knowledge in DOE, SPC, DMAIC, 5 Why…related engineering/QC tools 12) Strong Sense of Responsibility and Self-learning Motivation 13) Good Communication skill and teamwork spirit 14) Good English Skill: Written and Oral
