We’re looking for a Lead Data Engineer to architect and deliver scalable, high-impact data solutions that drive decision-making across a fast-paced, cloud-first enterprise. You’ll join a team of seasoned engineers working at the intersection of real-time data pipelines, distributed systems, and machine learning enablement.

🔍 What You’ll Do:

• Design and build robust data pipelines using Python, Scala, or Java that power key business applications and analytics
• Collaborate across Agile squads to deliver high-performance cloud-native solutions using tools like Kafka, Spark, and Redshift
• Drive technical strategy and mentoring, elevating best practices in data modeling, engineering, and DevOps
• Develop and optimize ETL frameworks to support streaming and batch processing at scale
• Integrate with cloud platforms (AWS preferred) and ensure architecture meets SLAs around performance, scalability, and security
• Support unit testing, peer reviews, and deployment cycles in CI/CD workflows

✅ Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 4+ years of hands-on experience in application or data engineering
• 2+ years working with big data frameworks
• 1+ year experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)

⭐ Preferred Experience:

• 7+ years in backend or data application development
• 4+ years with public cloud services, especially AWS
• Expertise in real-time data processing and streaming architecture
• Deep experience with data warehousing platforms like Redshift or Snowflake
• Strong UNIX/Linux background with scripting skills
• Active contributor to Agile teams and cross-functional delivery
