Introduction

In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

Your Role And Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable data processing systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring high-quality data. Key responsibilities include:

• Designing and developing data processing systems, including ETL processes and databases
• Collaborating with data scientists, software engineers, and business stakeholders
• Ensuring data quality and integrity through testing, validation, and documentation
• Implementing data security measures and adhering to relevant policies and regulations
• Monitoring system performance and conducting optimizations

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

• Strong Python skills for data processing, pipelines, and automation.
• Experience with Apache Spark / PySpark for large-scale data processing.
• Experience working with Databricks and cloud platforms (AWS or Azure).
• Experience with designing, developing, and maintaining scalable data processing systems, including ETL processes and data pipelines
• Familiarity with building data pipelines for both batch and real-time processing.
• Exposure to DevOps practices and Infrastructure as Code tools (e.g., Terraform).
  
  

Preferred Technical And Professional Experience

• Experience building or integrating with LLM-powered solutions.
• Familiarity with FastAPI and Pydantic.
• Certification in AWS, Azure or DatabricksMonthly salary for this position is from 3800 EUR gross to 5800 EUR gross.
• The final offer will be dependent on qualifications, professional experience and competencies.
