YOUR IMPACT Analyzing data in relation to ship or operational processes; Developing and optimizing data infrastructures and pipelines; Integrating internal and external data sources into a scalable environment; Collaborate with data analysts, scientists, and other stakeholders to support business goals; Managing data quality and ensuring security and privacy; Contributing to the digital transformation and innovation within Van Oord. ABOUT YOU A completed HBO or WO education in a relevant field such as Mechanical Engineering or Maritime Technology with a strong link to Computer Science and Data Science; At least 2 years of experience in a similar role; Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Matlab, Java or Scada; Experience with cloud platforms (e.g. AWS, Azure or Google Cloud) and database technologies (SQL, NoSQL); A proactive attitude and excellent communication skills.
