Insight Global's leading client in the travel and hospitality industry is looking to hire a FULL TIME Data Engineer to work on a HYBRID basis out of the Woodland Hills office. This is an amazing opportunity for individuals with 5-7 years of experience in data engineering/data integration. This role pays up to $170,000 annually.
The day to day of the role will involve:
Data Strategy:
* Develop and maintain robust data pipelines to support CRM Dynamics and
* other business applications.
* Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to prioritize and deliver technical
* solutions that align with business goals.
* Implement and manage data integration processes using Databricks, ADLS Gen
* 2, Azure Synapse, and Azure Data Factory (ADF).
* Ensure data quality, consistency, and reliability across all data pipelines.
Data Pipeline Management:
* Design and implement scalable data pipelines for data ingestion,
* transformation, and storage.
* Optimize data workflows to improve performance and reduce latency.
* Monitor and troubleshoot data pipeline issues to ensure seamless data flow.
* Maintain comprehensive documentation of data pipelines, data flows, and
* data integration processes
Required Skills & Experience
* Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, mathematics, information technology or a related field
* Proven experience (5-7 years) in data engineering, data integration, or a related
* role.
* Strong knowledge of data pipeline design, implementation, and optimization.
* Experience with Databricks, ADLS Gen 2, Azure Synapse, and Azure Data Factory
* (ADF).
* Familiarity with CRM Dynamics' Dataverse, MS Synapse link integrations and data
* integrations.
* Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability
* to collaborate and influence business and technical stakeholders at all levels of
* the organization.
* Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities with a keen attention to
* detail.

Compensation:
Up to $170k annually.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
