Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Engineer with deep expertise in SQL, ETL pipelines, Data Modeling, and AWS cloud technologies. The ideal candidate will design, implement, and optimize scalable data solutions to support analytics, reporting, and business intelligence needs across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and manage scalable and reliable ETL/ELT pipelines using AWS services (e.g., Glue, Lambda, Step Functions).
• Write complex and efficient SQL queries for data transformation and analysis.
• Develop and maintain high-quality data models (Star/Snowflake schemas) and metadata documentation.
• Integrate data from various sources into cloud data warehouses such as Amazon Redshift or Snowflake on AWS.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data needs and deliver reliable data solutions.
• Ensure data quality, security, and compliance using AWS-native tools (e.g., Lake Formation, IAM).
• Monitor and optimize data workflows for performance and cost-efficiency.
• Contribute to best practices for data engineering and help evolve data architecture on AWS.
  
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with SQL, ETL development, and data modeling.
• Proficiency with AWS data services such as AWS Glue, Redshift, S3, Lambda, Athena, etc.
• Experience designing and optimizing data pipelines and working with large datasets.
• Solid understanding of data warehousing and data lake architectures.
• Familiarity with version control (e.g., Git) and scripting languages like Python.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
