Qualifications:

1. Must be college graduate of any business, engineering, computer science or numerate degree (Math, Accounting, Statistics)
2. Must know Structured or Object-Oriented Systems Analysis and Design
3. Must know Agile Software Development and Methodologies / Framework (e.g., Scrum)
4. With at least 5 years of experience in database programming (e.g., Stored Procedures) or developing data projects like Extract-Transform-Load (ETL) using platforms like MS Data Tools (SSIS, SSRS, Power BI)
5. With knowledge in Cloud Data Tools like Google Datawarehouse, Azure Data Factory, etc.
6. With 3 years of experience as Systems Analyst, must have knowledge of the company’s business and use of IT in the organization and has handled projects with low to medium complexity/impact.
7. With good written/verbal communication skills
8. Team player, service oriented and possess a “can do” attitude.
9. Can supervise and coach Programmers and Systems Analysts
