Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Data Engineer to join our team. You will focus on building robust data pipelines, automating reporting, and ensuring data accuracy. Your work will directly support data-driven decisions across our SaaS products and transportation solutions.

Responsibilities:

· Develop and optimize data processing workflows using Pandas (concat, merge, pivot, groupby) and SQL.

· Automate Excel report generation (formatting, formulas) and integrate APIs (requests) for data extraction.

· Manage MySQL databases, including query optimization and data synchronization.

· Implement file operations (CSV/JSON) and text processing with shell scripting (awk/sed).

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable ETL pipelines.

· Monitor data quality, validate integrity, and troubleshoot anomalies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

· Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field. 3+ years of experience in Python data engineering, with expertise in Pandas, SQL, and REST APIs.

· Proficiency in Excel automation, Linux CLI, and basic ETL design.

· Experience with MySQL, file handling (CSV/JSON), and shell scripting (awk/sed).

· Strong problem-solving skills and attention to data accuracy.
