We are looking for a skilled Data Engineer with proven experience in building real-time data pipelines and streaming systems, to join a fast-paced, data-driven Telco environment. The successful candidate will help evolve our enterprise data platform by designing and implementing scalable solutions for ingesting, processing, and distributing high-frequency data from diverse sources (network systems, sensors, backend applications, IT infrastructure).

You will get the chance to:

• Design and implement scalable real-time and streaming data pipelines.
• Ingest and transform data from network systems, infrastructure, and Telco applications.
• Collaborate closely with Data, IT, and Business teams to enable analytical and operational use cases.
• Integrate distributed systems and heterogeneous data sources across cloud and on-prem environments.
• Monitor, optimize, and ensure the resilience and scalability of production data flows.
• Ensure data quality, governance, and lineage through automation and proper tooling.
  
  
  

What will help you succeed:

• Strong experience with real-time streaming technologies: Apache Kafka (Streams, Connect), Apache Flink, Spark Structured Streaming, or equivalents.
• Solid programming skills in Python, Java, or Scala.
• Experience with data lakes, data warehouses, and modern data platforms (e.g., Delta Lake, BigQuery, Snowflake, Druid).
• Knowledge of distributed systems, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with CI/CD practices and data infrastructure as code.
• Previous experience in the Telco industry, especially in handling high-volume network or operational data.
• Understanding of event-driven architectures and data mesh principles.
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).
