Job Summary:

We are looking for a Senior Data Engineer to design and implement high-performing data systems that empower business intelligence and operational excellence. Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain robust ETL/ELT pipelines to support analytics and business operations.
• Create intuitive dashboards and visualizations using tools like Power BI, Tableau, and Alteryx.
• Utilize advanced SQL and analytics languages (PL/SQL, KQL, DAX) to support deep data exploration and reporting.
• Implement and uphold best practices in Data Governance and Master Data Management.
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
• Troubleshoot and optimize data queries and system performance.
• Collaborate across data, engineering, and analytics teams to scale infrastructure and automate processes.
• Keep current with industry trends and recommend new tools and technologies for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

Required Skills:

• Expertise in data visualization platforms: Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and analytics languages: PL/SQL, KQL, DAX.
• Proven experience in Data Governance and MDM (Master Data Management).
• Advanced Excel skills for data manipulation and validation.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Skills:

• Hands-on experience with big data technologies such as Spark or Hadoop.
• Proficiency in Python or R for data transformation and analysis.
• Previous experience in analytics engineering or data engineering roles.
