DigiValet is looking for a detail-oriented and business-savvy Data Analytics Specialist to join our growing analytics team. In this role, you will be responsible for turning data into actionable insights that drive strategic decisions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful dashboards, conduct deep-dive analyses, and support data-driven decision-making.

What You'll Do In This Role

• Design and develop interactive and insightful dashboards and reports
• Write optimized SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyse large datasets from various sources.
• Work with modern data warehouses like Databricks to manage, transform, and analyse data at scale.
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand data needs, translate them into analytics requirements, and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Perform exploratory and statistical data analysis to uncover trends, anomalies, and opportunities.
• Support automation of recurring reports and implement robust data validation processes.
• Document and maintain data definitions, analytics models, and BI tools.
• Assist in building and maintaining ETL pipelines and data models in collaboration with the engineering/data team.
  
  

Required Skills :-

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in data analytics or business intelligence roles.
• Proficient in SQL (writing complex queries, joins, subqueries, CTEs, window functions).
• Strong expertise in data modeling, and report/dashboard creation.
• Experience working with Databricks or other modern data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift).
• Working knowledge of Python for data manipulation and visualization.
• Understanding of data warehousing concepts, lakehouse architectures, and data integration.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
