About the role


FDM is a global business and technology consultancy looking for a Data Engineer to join our client, who is a leader in data analytics and business consulting. As an FDM Consultant, you will work with a multidisciplinary team focused on advanced analytics solutions across global businesses and functions. Your responsibilities will include data analysis, model and strategy development, business intelligence, reporting, and data management. You will also engage in the integration of analytics to drive business efficiency and decision-making.

About you


Specific requirements:

  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree with 1-3 years of experience in data engineering or a related field.
  • Strong experience with Python, SQL, and data pipeline frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience with ingestion tools such as Kafka, NiFi, Talend, Airflow, or similar.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Qlik Sense, Tableau, or Power BI to create insightful dashboards and reports.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), especially services like S3, Redshift, BigQuery, or Data Factory.
  • Good problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to monitoring and support.
