About the Role

We're looking for a Data Engineer II to join our fast-moving, data-driven team. In this role, you’ll design, build, and optimize scalable data pipelines and infrastructure that power analytics, product development, and decision-making across the organization. You’ll help shape how data is used throughout the company while driving measurable improvements in performance, scalability, and business insights.

What You’ll Do

• Architect and deploy high-performing, reliable data pipelines and systems.
• Design data workflows supporting both real-time and batch processing.
• Lead or contribute to major data platform migrations (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift, Databricks).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful, end-to-end data solutions.
• Triage and resolve complex data quality and infrastructure issues.
• Provide mentorship to junior engineers and uplift team performance.

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years of experience as a Data Engineer or in a similar role.
• Proven ability to build and scale ETL/ELT pipelines and cloud-based data architectures.
• Hands-on expertise with tools like Apache Airflow, AWS Glue, Spark, and SQL-based platforms.
• Experience with both relational (e.g., SQL Server) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB) databases.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with a track record of delivering reliable and scalable solutions.
• Comfortable working in cloud environments (preferably AWS) and using modern data warehouses like Snowflake, Redshift, or Databricks.

Bonus Points For:

• Experience supporting both batch and streaming data pipelines.
• Background in analytics or building self-service data tools.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control best practices.
